Privacy Policy
How we safeguard your data, enforce client-side sandboxing, and uphold a zero-telemetry architecture.
Our Privacy Commitment in Plain English
This Privacy Policy describes how www.agentxalpha.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, handles, and protects information when you access our website, applications, and utility services (“Service”). By using our Service, you acknowledge the privacy practices outlined in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
01Because our platform operates entirely without mandatory account registration or login barriers, we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, physical addresses, telephone numbers, or credit card details.
Usage & Telemetry Data
We automatically gather anonymized operational metrics including browser user agent, operating system, generalized geographic location (country/city level), referring URLs, time on page, and navigation paths. This data is collected through privacy-configured analytics providers (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) solely to improve stability and diagnose performance.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use lightweight first-party cookies and browser local storage to preserve client preferences (such as your dark/light theme choice and tool configuration states). We do not deploy intrusive third-party cross-site advertising trackers.
2. Tool Execution Models & Data Handling
02Agent X Alpha is engineered with strict data minimization principles. Every utility in our directory is categorized by its execution model, labeled with an architecture badge, and governed by dedicated privacy guarantees:
2.1 Client-Side Execution (Default)
Applied to over 90% of our catalog, including PDF utilities (Merger, Splitter), Image tools (Background Remover, Compressor, Cropper), Developer formatters (JSON Formatter, Regex Tester, Text Diff, Schema Generator), and Cryptographic vaults (AES-256 Vault, Hash Generators).
- 100% In-Memory: Computations run strictly within your local browser memory using WebAssembly, Web Workers, and Web Crypto APIs.
- Zero Server Uploads: Your files, images, tokens, and documents never cross the network or touch remote disks.
- No Model Training: Your inputs are never stored, indexed, or utilized for AI/ML training datasets.
2.2 Network API Utilities
Applied to network diagnostics including DNS Lookup, IP Lookup, Browser Info Checker, and World Clock.
- Direct Client Queries: Your browser sends direct lookup requests to trusted public resolvers (such as Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS via 1.1.1.1) or inspects client-side browser telemetry.
- Target Query Only: Only the domain name or IP query you explicitly submit is sent to resolve public network records.
- Zero Intermediation: Agent X Alpha servers do not intercept, store, or log your queries.
2.3 Server API Proxies
Applied to utilities where browser security restrictions (CORS) or socket constraints prevent direct client connections. This includes SSL/TLS Certificate Checkers, HTTP Header Inspectors, Security Scanners, SEO Checkers, AdSense Eligibility Checkers, and Favicon Fetchers.
- Stateless Processing: Our backend edge routes fetch external public headers or TLS certificates on your behalf and deliver the result back to your browser.
- Ephemeral In-Transit Memory: Data is handled strictly in-memory during transit. Queried URLs and endpoints are never stored in databases, search histories, or external logs.
2.4 AI-Powered Tools
Applied to generative utilities that require large language model capabilities (such as the AI Social Media Post Creator).
- Secure Cloud Generation: Prompts are routed securely via encrypted server API calls to trusted foundation model providers (Google Gemini) for real-time output.
- No Retention: Agent X Alpha does not persist, archive, or monetize your prompt inputs.
3. How We Use Information
03The aggregated, non-personally identifiable telemetry data we collect is utilized strictly for:
- Platform Optimization: Measuring user traffic, identifying browser incompatibility issues, and optimizing resource loading speeds.
- Product Development: Determining which tools are most frequently used to guide feature updates and new utility creation.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: Detecting volumetric denial-of-service attacks, automated malicious scraping bots, and maintaining platform uptime.
5. Data Security & Storage
05We implement industry-standard technical, operational, and architectural security measures to protect the integrity of our platform and user sessions:
6. Your Choices & Controls
06You maintain total control over your browsing session:
- Browser Settings: You can configure your browser to reject all cookies or clear local storage cache at any time.
- Do Not Track (DNT): We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals transmitted by supported browsers.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
07We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological adjustments or legal obligations. When updates occur, the “Effective Date” at the top of this document will be amended. Your ongoing use of the Service following any modifications signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
